Hustler targeted for printing photos of dead woman

Hustler Magazine argued Wednesday in a federal appeals court that its decision to publish nude photos of a model months after she was killed by her wrestler husband was protected by the First Amendment because she was a newsworthy figure.
The family of Nancy Toffolini Benoit has waged a legal battle against the pornographic magazine since it published the photos after she and her son were killed in 2007 by wrestler Chris Benoit. Her family said she never gave the magazine permission to print the photos.

Body found ‘consistent in age’ with missing Buckhead woman

Fulton County’s chief medical examiner said Tuesday his office is trying to track down fingerprints and dental records of Stacey Nicole English to compare them with those of a dead woman found Monday in southeast Atlanta.
“The decedent is an adult black female, consistent in age with reported missing person Stacey English,” said chief medical examiner Randy Hanzlick, though it remains unclear whether the body is that of the missing Buckhead woman.

The Atlanta Development Authority (ADA) has changed its name to Invest Atlanta to show a renewed focus on jobs and competitivenes, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed announced Thursday morning at the annual State of the City address.
Invest Atlanta will continue to help residents buy homes, issue bonds and incentives for new development and provide small business loans, but it now focus on attracting new investment, international trade and innovation and entrepreneurship.
Atlanta Nurse Donates Kidney to Hospital Patient

Allison Batson has given a whole new meaning to “the gift of life.” Going above and beyond her duties as a nurse helping to save patients’ lives, she donated her kidney to one last week.
The recipient is Clay Taber, whose kidneys failed nearly two years ago. The Auburn University graduate was being treated at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta in the summer of 2010 when he met the 48-year-old transplantation nurse.
